WDC Properties is the redeveloper in Portland for several LLCs including Metro Holdings West LLC, Stark Group LLC and 10th Avenue Goup LLC. Metro Holdings West LLC is a strong force in the Portland commercial real estate market. These ownerships look to WDC Properties to find, research, and acquire properties for investment and redevelopment.

Pearl Design Center
Formerly the home of Quimby Welding, this full city block project (over 34,000 sf) has been redeveloped from industrial to retail use. The Pearl Design Center is geared towards Home Design businesses offering goods and services to the trade and the public. Renovations include exterior paint, seismic upgrades, new storefronts and glass roll-up doors and a mezzanine level in one of the three buildings. This project also offers an onsite parking lot for clients and customers- a rarity in this neighborhood.

Lease space is currently available for office and retail use.

436 SE Stark
Located on the busy corner of SE 12th & Stark, this 12,000 sf building was redeveloped for mixed use and is currently the home of Seven Star Collective, Sweetpea Bakery, Food Fight, Herbivore Clothing Company and Scapegoat Tattoo. Renovations included new exterior paint, the addition of glass storefronts, a glass and wood roll-up door and various building systems.

Lease space is currently available for light retail, wholesale or industrial use.

2235 SE 11th
A total of 22,500 sf, this building was redeveloped in 2007 for mixed-use. With the high traffic counts and easy access, it's been a great location for tenants such as Kettleman's Bagels and Bakery and Diverse Works.
